Huge painting in ink on paper of bamboo by rocks, signed Daichin’? ???, with three seals reading Hyakunen??, Seise itumin ????, and another. With fitted kiri-wood box signed and dated (1927) by Konishi Fukunen ???? (1887-1959) who certifies this to be the work of Hyakunen. Fukunen was a noted painter and student of Suzuki Sh?nen, Hyakunen’s son.
